Drinks, food and lockers are NOT included in this package. But you can purchase those services at the meeting point in Buñol, at our change point in Valencia or on the bus to the Tomatina.

This package includes booking of ticket to the Tomatina 2024.

Important: We recommend bringing the most essential objects. We don’t recommend leaving personal objects on the buses in case there are changes of organizational needs. If you decide to leave your stuff on the bus, it will be under total owner’s responsibility, as the organizer company will NOT be responsible for the theft or loss of any objects on the buses. Also, it NOT will be responsible in case of losing the bus back and remain a customer’s object on buses.

*Transport schedules, the departure point, bus arrivals and departures and the program are subject to possible changes for organizational requirements or government authorization.

The festival was the amazing experience. The atmosphere was incredible.
The bus driver didn’t allow to enter in the bus, because the clothes were semi-cleaned. The bus authority should have understanding of the situation.
Sorry, but to get on the the bus, you must be clean.

The experience itself was very good the town was lovely.
The lines were very long to everything, lockers in particular, but the guide snuck us in and we were able to leave the stuff in the locker. Food was cold and not good.

Fantastic experience
Number of portable toilets for a crowd of 20000+ is NOT ENOUGH! There were only around 8 and the queues were tooooooo long!
We appreciate your comments.
The toilets are provided by Buñol town council. Every year, they increase the number, there are quite a few points with toilets spread throughout the town. You are talking about a single point.

The entire guided tour.
Cleaning facility was too much worst. Could have been handled better. If you are organizing tour for such a huge crowd, you could have had your own cleaning and bathing area to avoid inconvenience to your guests.
We welcome your comments.
The showers are complicated, bear in mind that 20,000 people have to shower in 1 hour. We are trying to improve the service.

The expereince was awesome and arrrangements by TicketsTomatina were very good. Overall arrangements were good. Guide was informative.
The arrangements and option of going to the river (stream) or public showers was terrible. Long walk, very crowded and we dried by the time we got there. The guide did not have sufficent drink tickets on bus and same with the locker tickets. The guide was good but did not approach all passengers for the additional tickets.
We take note of your opinion and we will take it into consideration to improve our services.

Well organised. Coach prompt. Guide good.
No easy way to get back to city centre from drop off. There were no taxis or easy buses available. We did not get any advice from the company.
At the point of departure of the buses there is a metro stop just 3 minutes walking which takes you to the center of Valencia in just 8 minutes. There is also a taxi rank at 3 minutes, in the same door of the cemetery. For next year we will put a point of information at the arrival of buses, informing customers where the subway stop and taxi stop are.

The Guiding was good.
We missed the bus back to Valencia, but were allowed to catch another without a guide.

The lorries coming through the crowded streets and the river of tomato
Lack of showers A man with a hosepipe when there are several thousand people to clean is not enough
You wanted to go on your own instead of following your guide, so you didn't find the shower area, where a lot of people can wash at the same time. For the next time we recommend that you do not separate from your guide.

The bus point was very easy to find. The lockers were very convenient, though the line was long.
Not nearly enough toilets. They only hired six toilets in the Fun Zone for around a thousand people, and the line was about ten minutes long.
The services are provided by the town hall of Buñol, we transfer your complaint to take the appropriate measures.

It would have been nice to spend some more time at the party afterwards. Also maybe add a Google maps location instead of a screenshot?

Great service - very well organised (aside from difficulty with meeting point). The lockers and bar area were great - good idea to sell tokens for the lockers and bar on the bus. Made it much smoother.
It was difficult to find the meeting point - we took a taxi and only found it as the taxi driver knew where he was going. I don't know if we would have found it otherwise.
Both on the web and in the mail we send you with the booking, there is a link to google maps of the location of the meeting point.

The bus leaves to early @ 14.30. 16.00 would be better
We remind you as your guide, that the time of return in this package is at 14:30 but if you want you can also return by other buses until 16:00.

Good price and instructions. It would've been useful to have more people at the pick-up point to explain where the buses were. Quick communication when asking questions over email.
After party could've been better. Lockers near showers so you can take you clean clothes with you. It is too far away from the city centre in Valencia for the pick-up/drop-off points - costs over 14 euros each way in Taxi and difficult to get back to city (40 min walk) as no taxis around the area. Woulod be good to have an email closer to the time reminding you where to be, order of the day, what to bring etc, prices of things.

The atmosphere was great.
The bus stop location was not explained properly. A small map would have been great. The toilet queue was over half an hour and no toilet paper or water to wash your hands.
Dear customer thank you for your feedback. Please note a link to google maps detailing the collection point was published in our website. The toilet service was provided by the Buñol city council but we will report your comments.

La tomatina. El guia muy simpatico y amable, sin él estabamos perdidos porque hay mucha gente el buñol.
Las colas de las duchas y que estan un poco lejos.

I liked how organised it was and the whole atmosphere.
The address of where to get the bus, I shown it to a taxi driver who took us to the train station and we then had to run to the bus, he did not understand the address of where the bus was.

No many places to eat, because you are bloody hungry after all, little information about the event and history.... and so on

It was my second time in La Tomatina. Without a doubt, it was better than the first one, because we contracted the VIP service and we were provided better services than others. I love La Tomatina, but I have to admit that it's a chaotic party of Sangria and cold Paella. Of course, the next time we return to Spain, we will be there...

The transportation and ticket distribution on the bus was good.
It was very hard to find our guide or any guides after the fight for the showers. Also the wait time to go back to valencia after the fight was long.

Organización hasta el inicio de la fiesta
La dificultad para encontrar el autobus correcto ya que los guias de los otros autobuses no ayudaban. Los guías deberian tener un radio o deveria haber uno responsable en la entrada del aparcamiento para mostrar donde estaba el autobus.

The Tomatina experience itself was amazing! One of the most memorable days ever.
While our guide was very friendly and answered questions, she did not seem to very "into" the experience. In fact, she seemed to not really want to be there at all.
Thank's for your feedback, we have opened a disciplinary expedient to the guide of your group to analyze what happened.

Locker facility at Bunol and the guidance about the festival.
There was no definite arrangement of the shower or clean-up facility. That could have delighted a lot customers. Also at the departure point it could have been better if there is one authoritative person who could hold a placard for tour.

The time of departure for VIP at 8:30am was great, instead of in the very early morning.
The location for taking shower was ridiculous, with long queue and severe environment! Free drink was not provided.

We were in bus C17 with our guide Latithia(spelling may not be correct). During the festival, a thief stole our money and metro ticket back to our hotel. We asked Latithia for directions for walking back to our hotel, but instead she paid for, and went on the metro with us, getting off at our stop even though she would normally have gotten off at the next stop! She was wonderful!
It was a little chaotic at the morning meeting point. Of La Tomatina in general, more showers and better signage of showers would be good.

Great tour guide who was very nice
the organization of the toilur guides and looking for buses was just ridiculously inefficient! Why dont the tour guides just stand by number rather than standing randomly and not holding up the sign board. It was ridiculously, useless, waste of time

The trip was well organised and the leaders were very friendly and helpful.
We were told there was nowhere to store belongings, and were also informed of lockers just before departure. Had I known this ahead of time I would have brought a change of clothes. It also said we needed our passport to board the bus but that was not checked and I would have rather left it in my room.

We weren't informed that there were lockers. It wasn't stated I wish I knew. Also, the site promised showers. There were new showers but a shallow pond.

As established by the Town Hall of Buñol the payment of a fee is required in order to gain access to the 2024 Tomatina perimeter. Consequently and ONCE PURCHASED NO REFUND FOR ADMISSION CANCELLATION WILL BE ADMITTED IN ANY CASE.
The fee of cancellation, change or modification for the rest of services is €15. If cancellation is requested after the 6th of August a fee of 100% of the package price will apply.

The payment terms and conditions are subject to the provisions in accordance with the Decree 20/1997 of the 11th February, the Government of Valencia states as well as in compliance with the legislation on the package tours relating to the articles 160 and SS of the Royal Decree 1/2007 of 16th November whereby the restated text of The General Law for the Protection of the Consumers and Users and other additional legislation are approved.
