I wish that I had realized when I booked that I could have returned on any of the buses because I would have done the later morning departure. We were coming in the night before and had minimal sleep but we needed the early departure from Bunol. As it turned out, the buses were delayed for our morning pick up and had trouble finding the drop off point so we were driving around for quite awhile. On departure, since we were trying to get all of the tomato off of us, we missed the first bus back. Since we had learned this wasn't an issue, we initially weren't worried. As it turned out, there was an accident on the highway and the buses could not get back to us. We waited for about 1 hr. The accident would not be the fault of the company by any means but it did create problems for us and our onward transportation. We were concerned that if we brought stuff and there were no lockers available (as we didn't understand how the locker situation was), we would have to take our belongings with us to the tomato fight. As we know now, we would have been alright bringing a change of clothes and things to get cleaned up with but at the time we didn't realize. There was very minimal information provided before the event as well as the day of. I was dependant on trying to find information from blogs that other people had written and it would have been nice to have that information from the people we were purchasing our transport from.
Thank you for your feedback. Please bear in mind that we provide with an onsite helpdesk service, where you can be informed about the festival and solve your concerns. We also provide with locker service allowing customers to leave their gear and get changed after the Tomatina.
