For your comfort, you can leave your clothes and your belongings in our lockers. Note that in the battle you will get dirty of tomato, so you will need a place to leave your things.

In our Fun Zone, we have customer service available in 4 languages, music, drink bars, food, paella, lockers to leave your belongings and many more surprises to enjoy the most of the Tomatina!!!

*Remember that you must exchange your Print at home for the bracelet-ticket direct access to Tomatina 2024 Truck. You can do it in these places:

On August 26-27th from 10:00 to 14:30 pm and 15:30 to 20:00 at our office in Valencia: Naquera Street, 12 - First floor - 46003 - Valencia. View on Google Maps

On August 28th from 07:30 until 09:30 at our information point. Station Road crossing with Blasco Ibáñez Avenue of Buñol (Next to the train station parking). View on Google Maps

Food and drinks are NOT included in this package. But you can purchase those services at the meeting point in Buñol, at our change point in Valencia.

Terms and Conditions

Remember to EXCHANGE YOUR PRINT AT HOME FOR THE DOLL THAT GIVES YOU ACCESS TO THE TOMATINA TRUCK. THIS CHANGE MUST BE PERFORMED IN OUR MEETING POINT OR IN OUR OFFICE.

As established by the Town Hall of Buñol the payment of a fee is required in order to gain access to the 2024 Tomatina perimeter. Consequently and ONCE PURCHASED NO REFUND FOR ADMISSION CANCELLATION WILL BE ADMITTED IN ANY CASE.
The fee of cancellation, change or modification for the rest of services is €15. If cancellation is requested after the 6th of August a fee of 100% of the package price will apply.

The payment terms and conditions are subject to the provisions in accordance with the Decree 20/1997 of the 11th February, the Government of Valencia states as well as in compliance with the legislation on the package tours relating to the articles 160 and SS of the Royal Decree 1/2007 of 16th November whereby the restated text of The General Law for the Protection of the Consumers and Users and other additional legislation are approved. For further information about the Contracting Terms and Conditions, you can contact us at incidencias@ticketstomatina.com

For organizational reasons the delivery location of the elements that form this tour package could be modified, which would be notified by e-mail to whoever made the purchase and would be published at the news site in our website.

If the customer is not present at the collection point of this package tour, we would not proceed to partial or total refund of the package price.
