At first i was told that no changes could be made which, after i cited the terms & conditions, which stated an exact date was possible again. Even if 15 EUR per ticket is expensive, I was happy to pay it, because our bus was changed as we wished. When we arrived in Bunol however, the scanner did not recognise our tickets!!!! We explain our problem (I understand, for all the others the ticket just worked fine). Luckily, I had my phone with me and could show them all the booking details and emails we had exchanged,so in the end they gave us a bracelet.
You bought 2 different packages (Tomatina ticket + locker and Only Bus) and therefore received 2 print at home. When you picked up your ticket, you showed the print at home of the bus (Only Bus). When should have taught (Entrance + locker).
